Saturday St Patrick’s Market

One of my favourite places to shop, browse and photograph is St Georges Market in Belfast.

This morning there was an additional St Patrick’s feel to the market, and I snapped a few photos of products being sold in celebration.

Not quite sure what our patron saint would have made of them, but it was enjoyable.

We had some traditional irish musicians too, including some uilleann pipes.

On the topic of St Patrick’s Day Blogging Carnival, are you fed up with me mentioning it? Not for much longer, I promise!

The pre-carnival giveaway for the small linen bag closes tonight (Saturday 15th March) at midnight – so if you have the button on your blog, or follow my blog, or have mentioned the carnival already on your blog leave a comment to be in with a chance of winning!

The final prize to announce for the Carnival Giveway is……………

drumroll…………

this beautiful personalized necklace from The Vintage Pearl.
Check out her Etsy Store for more fabulous items.

That makes the total number of separate prizes to be one to NINE!

3 irish cookery books
2 irish linen glass clothes
irish linen hanky
irish linen scrim cloth
digital scrapbooking voucher for Katie Hadfield
dainty hearts on a chain by Vintage Pearl

So don’t miss it, just link a blog post which mentions how you do (or don’t) celebrate St Patricks Day, or anything else vaguely connected to Ireland, and mention this carnival in the post. Then add your blog post link to the Mr Linky which will be up here on my blog on Tuesday 17 March. I will close the comments on Saturday 21 March, and the winners will be announced on Sunday 22 March. It is that simple!
