A Saturday in Spring

I took my 2 girls to Disney on Ice – Classic Princesses show in Belfast today. I wondered how they would react to it, having been to Walt Disney World in Florida last year – would they still be as excited? Now being that little bit older I wondered if they would still ‘feel the magic’ – they certainly did, and so did I. I guess we are never too old for a bit of magic fairy dust. It was a lovely girls day out – and we even managed to escape without buying expensive souvenirs (yippee!).

Last night I had a look at the amazing quick pages created so far in the latest Quick Page exchange over at Dusty Bear Yahoo group. They are just lovely – so I thought I better make a start on mine. I made 3 but 2 of them were variations on layouts I had created previously with the same great Amid Memories kit – including one using a sketch provided by Lara for a sketch challenge in January. Busy day tomorrow, taking Children’s Church tomorrow morning, then a congregational lunch to raise money for some of our young people who are working in the developing world this summer.
