A difficult time – PND / PPD

Today the blogging challenge is to share a difficult time in our lives.

I don’t like to dwell on the darker times, but in sharing I know we can help eachother…. life isn’t always perfect……..and although we may not always share the scars on our blogs, the lives of bloggers certainly aren’t perfect.

So today I would love you to read THIS post on my experiences of Post Natal Depression (Post Partum Depression).

Never having experienced depression before, it gave me just a wee glimpse of the dark and horrible place that depression can be despite the support of a loving family and the gift of a beautiful son.

Thank you to all of my friends and family who stood by me during those dark days.
