WFMW – Spring Decorating

Every year I am always full of good intentions to make a spring decoration for the house. Finally this year I found some cute eggs, bunnies and chicks, all for about 50 pence each. While out for a walk I collected a few branches and twigs. All it took was to purchase a bunch of daffodils and….voila!!!

I even made a digi-scrap page to record the momentous occasion!

I plan to vary the flowers, perhaps buying some tulips next.

  1. Hi there- I love the spring decorating. I’m waiting for my daffodils out back to bloom. A vase of daffodils is about as crafty as I get.

Thanks for stopping by my page… I had no idea it (corned beef and cabbage) was an American-Irish thing. What, no Green Beer either? 😉 I just learned that what I grew up thinking of as corned beef is considered new england boiled dinner. ahhh… the variations of food.

  2. Don’t do alot for Spring other than preparing the garden. The less I do outside, the less I’m asked to do inside.

  3. oh..thank you for finding me ….ohhh…wonderful your photographs and you make such wonderful things with your photos….will visit again…

  4. Jan Mary,

That is gorgeous! Could you come to my house and decorate? Just don’t come on St. Patrick’s Day when I completely hack up any good Irish womans recipe for soda bread!

I am Irish too, but I became weary of eating a rock every time one of our dear relatives would drop by with a farl, so I changed the recipe a bit and I wouldn’t want to offend you or your countrymen!

    Be Blessed!
    Hallie
