A touristy morning in Belfast

Not one photo of the day but five!

Our friend arrived this morning from Bristol, and we headed into Belfast to see some of the sights. We went first to Victoria Square, and it was a beautiful clear day with great views of the Belfast skyline from the Dome at the top of the shopping centre.

There are some great victorian buildings aroung, including the Jaffe Fountain.

On to St Georges Market where the farmers market was happening. There was a great bustle and atmosphere with lots of food to sample and a jazz band playing.

After enjoying some delicious hot chocolate we walked over to the Waterfront and along the Lagan River.

I have made a montage of 4 of this morning’s photos.

I hope you have enjoyed your morning in Belfast, come back again soon!
