Christmas Cupcakes on the third day of December

This afternoon I really enjoyed attending a cupcake decorating class at Angel Cake Bakery in Coleraine.

We piped buttercream Christmas trees

and swirls and wreaths

and roses (loved learning these)

Afternoon tea was served – cucumber sandwiches, victoria sponge and tea served in vintage china (my granny had this Royal Albert Country Roses set)

It  was then time to play/learn how to use the fondant icing.

Snowflakes, trees, reindeer and christmas puddings

Which is your favourite?

Earlier in the day I visited Finlays in Portstewart, and am pleased to share that my Janmary Designs rings and brooches are now in stock. If you are in the area, be sure to drop in, and be sure to say I sent you!

It was an amazingly stormy day in Portstewart, and the waves were HUGE.

And when the rain came, I took shelter in the car!

I took a few more before I left…..

What have you been up to today?
