I was so impressed with the quality, variety and freshness of the produce on dozens of stalls. Many provided free samples, so it was a tasty visit too!
As well as many food stalls, there were local crafts including wood carving, jeweller, wool, and plants.
Some street musicians added to the festive atmosphere, and the local shops seemed to be benefiting from the added crowds too. There are lots of independant retailers in the town too, and definitely an artistic vibe to the town.
And yes ..... I found a bead shop too!
The Stroud Farmers Market is one of the largest and most popular markets in the UK. If you are in the Cotswolds on a Saturday morning try to visit.
